How orders, pricing, payment, and delivery work at Xainu.

These terms apply to everything you buy from Xainu through this website. Please read them before you place an order. They sit alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1.Prices

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any tax that applies. Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout before you place the order, so the total you see on the review step is the total you pay.

2.Placing an order

Adding something to your cart does not reserve it. When you click Place order you are making an offer to buy at the price shown.

We accept that offer, and the contract is formed, when we confirm the order has been dispatched. The order confirmation you see at checkout and any acknowledgement email are a record of your offer, not our acceptance.

3.When we may not accept an order

The item turns out to be out of stock.
There was a clear error in the price or description.
We cannot verify the delivery address or phone number.
Previous cash-on-delivery orders to the same address or number were repeatedly refused.
We reasonably suspect fraud.

4.Payment

Orders are paid cash on delivery. Please have the exact order total ready for the courier; they may not be able to give change for large notes.

No card or bank details are taken on this site. Nobody from this shop will ever telephone you to ask for a card number, an OTP, or a bank password. If someone does, it is not us.

5.If payment is refused at the door

If the courier cannot collect payment, the order is returned to us and cancelled. Repeated refusals may mean we decline future cash-on-delivery orders from the same address or number.

6.Delivery area

We deliver within Pakistan only. We do not ship internationally at present.

7.Delivery times and charges

Standard and express options, with their cost, are shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Couriers can be delayed by weather, strikes, and public holidays.
You get an order number at checkout and tracking once the order ships.
Someone must be available at the address to receive the order and pay for it.

8.If delivery fails

If nobody is available, the courier will normally try again. If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the order comes back to us and is cancelled. Where the failure was not our fault, we may deduct the cost of the failed delivery from any refund.

9.Checking your order

Please check the order when it arrives. Tell us as soon as you notice if something is missing, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, and keep the packaging until the matter is settled. Telling us late does not remove your statutory rights, but it does make a transit claim harder to prove.

10.Risk and ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once the order has been delivered and paid for in full.

11.Cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel at no cost any time before dispatch. Email hello@xainu.com with your order number, or call us during opening hours. After dispatch, treat it as a return.

12.Returns

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are covered by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13.Faulty or misdescribed goods

If something is faulty, not as described, or not fit for its purpose, you have rights under the consumer law of Pakistan that these terms do not affect. Tell us and we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

14.Our liability for an order

Except where the law says otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
