The terms on which you may use the Xainu website.

These terms are an agreement between you and Xainu ("Xainu", "we", "us") covering your use of this website. Buying something is covered separately by our Terms of Sale, and your personal information by our Privacy Policy. All three apply together.
By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you are using the site on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms, or where cash-on-delivery orders are repeatedly placed and refused. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why first.
You can close your own account at any time from the account page or by writing to us.

The Xainu name, logo, product photography, descriptions, page copy, and the design and code of this site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.
You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Anything else, including copying, republishing, or using our photography or text in your own listings, needs our written permission.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, photographs, or reviews, you keep ownership of them but give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use them in connection with the shop. Do not send us anything you do not have the right to share, and do not send anything unlawful, offensive, or about another identifiable person without their agreement.
We try hard to describe products and show colours accurately, but screens differ and photography is not a perfect match for fabric. Slight variation in colour, weave, and finish is normal, particularly on dyed and printed cloth, and is not a fault.
Sizes are a guide. Where a size chart is given, measure against it rather than relying on the label alone.
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Stock and prices can change without notice, and an item in your cart is not reserved until the order is placed.
If we find a clear error in the price or description of something you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund of anything already paid.
We do not promise the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it, and we may restrict access for maintenance.
Where we link to a site we do not run, we do not control or endorse what is on it and we are not responsible for it. Follow those links at your own risk.
Except as these terms and your statutory rights say otherwise, the site is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Nothing here limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects your rights under the consumer law of Pakistan.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
If your breach of these terms, or your misuse of the site, causes us a claim, loss, or cost, you agree to cover it, provided we tell you about it promptly and give you a reasonable say in how it is handled.
We are not responsible for failing to meet an obligation where the cause is outside our reasonable control, including strikes, courier failure, power or network outages, flooding, or government action. If such an event continues for long, either of us may cancel an affected order and we will refund anything paid.
We may revise these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site or place an order is the one that applies to it. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing something on one occasion does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our agreement. We may transfer ours if the business is sold or reorganised, provided your rights are not reduced.
These terms, with the Terms of Sale, Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the site.
